Returns
All our products are premium quality. We always triple check our items before dispatch, No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the product received is broken or incorrect, A full unboxing video must be taken from the package cover opening in a 360 degree view without any cut, stop, or pause to solve any issue. Once we have received and inspect the returned item.
In case if the same product is not in stock we shall provide Store credits for the value of the product including shipping paid,, You can use the same to purchase on website. Credits will be issued Once we have received and inspect the returned item we will provide the store credit within 24-72 hours.
To be eligible for a return, Customers must inform our customer service team within 24 -48 hours of receiving the product. No Replacement shall be entertained post 48 hours from time of Receipt of shipment.
The item must also be returned within 48 hours of receipt. your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return.
Refund or Replacement

There is no return or exchange for products. Report us the problem within 24 to 48 hours of product delivery with the images of damaged or wrong product delivered. If the product is not shipped back within 2 business days, refund/exchange will not be accepted. If you notice any delay in delivery even after 15 working days, kindly send an email to aadai.alangaram@gmail.com with your order number. Undelivered products that are not reported within 15 working days since the date of product shipment will not be considered for refund later.
